The red brick built building was made by the earstwhile British Raj as the Parliament for British Bengal Province in 1905. Later, it was handed over to the Oxford of the East- University of Dhaka. The hall is now used as exam hall for the Faculty of Science. while the rest of the building holds different departments. Being in the heart of one of the biggest University campuses in the South Asia and with its beautiful architechture and landscaping, it attracts many to visit.

Suchit Nanda > Ladies applying mehendi on their hands at Surajkund Mela. Suraj Kund Mela 2009 held in Haryana (outskirts of Delhi), North India. The Suraj Kund Mela is an annual fair held near Delhi. Folk dances, handicrafts and a lot of fun.
